泾河新城陕煤技术研究院新能源材料有限公司（简称“泾河公司”）成立于2021年1月，注册资本3.6亿元人民币，陕西省科技型中小企业，是陕西煤业化工技术研究院有限责任公司（简称“陕煤研究院”）投资设立的全资子公司。

泾河公司以锂电前驱体材料、硅基负极材料为技术载体，总投资16.5亿元，建设年产量万吨级锂电前驱体材料、千吨级硅基负极材料生产线以及配套公辅设施，达产后年产值将超过22.5亿元，年上缴各项税收预计超过1亿元。

The all-electric test line serves the battery testing needs of cathode and anode materials of Jinghe New City Shaanxi Coal Technology Research Institute New Energy Materials Co., Ltd. It is equipped with a pulping workshop, a coating workshop, an assembly workshop, and a chemical formation test workshop, with an advanced data acquisition and analyzing system, which integrates the battery design, fabrication, testing and evaluation, and can conduct comprehensive testing and analyzing of different types of battery materials.
