泾河新城陕煤技术研究院新能源材料有限公司(简称“泾河公司”)成立于2021年1月,注册资本3.6亿元人民币,陕西省科技型中小企业,是陕西煤业化工技术研究院有限责任公司(简称“陕煤研究院”)投资设立的全资子公司。

泾河公司以锂电前驱体材料、硅基负极材料为技术载体,总投资16.5亿元,建设年产量万吨级锂电前驱体材料、千吨级硅基负极材料生产线以及配套公辅设施,达产后年产值将超过22.5亿元,年上缴各项税收预计超过1亿元。

The element co-doping technology was adopted to accurately realize the doping of Na site and transition metal site to enhance the structural stability and air stability of sodium-ion battery layered materials. At present, the company takes single crystal layered oxide as the mainstream route to create products with excellent comprehensive performance. It has the advantages of wider temperature range, high safety and good rate capability.

Sodium-ion battery cathode materials

Product Introduction

Sodium-ion battery is regarded as the partial replacement to lithium-ion battery. In the future, it is expected to replace LiFePO₄ in some areas. Now, the company has formed three products in two categories(biomass-based hard carbon and coal-based soft carbon). The biomass-based hard carbon product is HC300. The coal-based soft carbon products are SC240 and SC280.
