泾河新城陕煤技术研究院新能源材料有限公司（简称“泾河公司”）成立于2021年1月，注册资本3.6亿元人民币，陕西省科技型中小企业，是陕西煤业化工技术研究院有限责任公司（简称“陕煤研究院”）投资设立的全资子公司。

泾河公司以锂电前驱体材料、硅基负极材料为技术载体，总投资16.5亿元，建设年产量万吨级锂电前驱体材料、千吨级硅基负极材料生产线以及配套公辅设施，达产后年产值将超过22.5亿元，年上缴各项税收预计超过1亿元。

锂电前驱体产品涵盖了NCA、NCM、无钴、掺杂以及富锰前驱体；硅基负极材料产品涵盖硅碳、硅氧两个系列五款负极材料产品；钠离子电池材料产品涵盖了钠电前驱体、 钠电正极材料、 钠电负极材料
